Amazon Alexa
First Time
To open a Sanderson Farms recipe on your Alexa device, simply say, “Alexa, Enable Sanderson Farms,” or click the button below. You’ll only have to enable Sanderson Farms before your first use. After that, you can ask for the exact recipe you want.
GETTING STARTED
- “Alexa, ask Sanderson Farms for the Chicken and Veggie Fajitas recipe.”
- “Alexa, get me the recipe for Chicken and Veggie Fajitas with Sanderson Farms.”
TIP
If you’ve been away from Alexa, you’ll need to ask her to open the Sanderson Farms skill by prefacing your request with “Alexa, Ask Sanderson Farms”, or you can say “Alexa, open Sanderson Farms.” You’ll know you’re in if you’ve heard “Welcome to Cooking with Sanderson Farms.” Or, “Welcome back to Cooking with Sanderson Farms.”
WHILE COOKING
- To hear an instruction again, say, “Alexa, please repeat that.” or “Alexa, previous step”
- Alexa can set a timer to remind you when it’s time to check the oven.

If the light ring on your Alexa is not activated, you’ll need to wake Alexa up by using her name.
