Air-fried Chicken Karaage

1 lb Sanderson Farms® Boneless, Skinless Thigh Fillets

1/2 cup corn starch

1 tsp five spice powder (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

For Assembly

1 lb air-fried chicken karaage

4 packages 90-second microwave jasmine rice

1 package 5-minute microwave stir fry veggie mix

1 bottle orange, General Tso, or sesame chicken sauce

Scallions, chopped (optional)

Furikake seasoning mix (optional)

Sesame seeds (optional)

Yum yum sauce (optional)

Air-fried Chicken Karaage

1. Combine corn starch and seasonings in a zippered baggie. Shake to combine.

2. Dice chicken thigh meat 1"x1" and add to the baggie. Shake to fully coat the chicken with the seasoned corn starch.

3. Air fry the breaded thigh meat at 400°F for 10–12 minutes or until >165°F internal temperature is reached as measured by a calibrated thermometer.

For Assembly

1. Microwave the rice and stir fry mix. Distribute evenly among 4 bowls.

2. Top with the air-fried karaage chicken and your choice of sauce.

3. For extra flavor punch, use any or all of the optional suggestions as well!
