Grill Dad’s Yakitori Chicken Leftover Ramen Bowls

YAKITORI CHICKEN RAMEN BOWLS

2 cups leftover Grill Dad's Yakitori Chicken, taken off skewers and chilled (see recipe)

8 cups water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons sesame or canola oil

2 packs chicken ramen noodles

1 bag stir-fry vegetables, frozen

Salt and pepper to taste

FOR YAKITORI CHICKEN RAMEN BOWLS

1. Microwave to defrost the stir-fry vegetables.

2. Heat a medium sauce pan or stockpot over high heat, and add the sesame or canola oil.

3. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook over high heat until browned.

4. Add leftover yakitori chicken and water, then bring to a simmer.

5. Add seasoning packets from ramen to taste in the broth, and add the soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.

6. Add ramen noodles to broth and simmer until fully cooked.

7. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve ladled into soup bowls.
