Wayne-Sanderson Farms SEC Football Championship Experience Giveaway Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances Of Winning.

  1. Eligibility: The SEC Football Championship Experience Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of Wayne-Sanderson Farms LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, and advertising and promotion agencies, the Southeastern Conference, suppliers or other companies associated with the administration, organization or judging of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter. If the Sweepstakes is prohibited by any federal, state, and/or local laws, you are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes, and the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may take steps to limit or ban your participation.
  2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am ET on July 14, 2025 and ends at 5:00 pm ET on October 30, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
  3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, potential participants must have an Instagram account and use appropriate tags in their submitted comments and/or photos as described below. If entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Your Instagram account settings must be set to “unprotected” or “public” so that the participant’s entry is viewable by Sponsor and participant can be potentially contacted by Sponsor. To Enter, during the Entry Period:
    • Complete any or all the tasks on the Sweepstakes pageto earn entries into the Sweepstakes. This includes following Sponsor Instagram account, liking Sponsor post announcing the Sweepstakes, and tagging a Instagram account in post comments section.
    • You may not use multiple email addresses to enter. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  4. Drawing: On or about November 6, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random by software from all eligible entries received and verified by Sponsor or its agents. The Winner will be notified by email within one (1) day of the closing date. Sponsor will notify the potential winner via Instagram. The potential winner will be asked to contact Sponsor with a given email address provided via Instagram. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of entries received.
  5. Requirements of Potential Winner(s): Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (“Required Documentation”). If potential winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the documents on his/her behalf. If applicable, winner’s guest must also execute a liability release and, where legal, publicity release, which must be returned with the winner’s Required Documentation prior to the issuance of travel documents or the guest portion of the prize will be forfeited. If a guest is younger than eighteen (18) years of age, guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign the guest’s Required Documentation on behalf of such guest and accompany such minor guest. If a potential winner cannot be contacted using the information provided or fails to respond to Sponsor’s attempt to notify them of selection within three (3) days; if any notification is returned as undeliverable or yields an error of undeliverable type “bounce back” email (regardless if the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient); if Sponsor is unable to verify potential winner’s eligibility; if potential winner fails to sign and return the Required Documentation within the required time period or fails to comply with these Official Rules; if any prize is returned undeliverable; if a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as stated; or if the potential winner cannot be verified as eligible for any other reason, the potential winner is disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among the eligible entries. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the next received and eligible entry received by Sponsor that is fully compliant with these Official Rules shall be deemed the winner, until the prize is awarded or until two (2) attempts have been made to award the prize and each attempt has failed. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF BEING A WINNER, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.
  6. Prize(s): One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the 2025 SEC Football Championship game to be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia (“Event”); a two-night hotel stay in Atlanta; airfare for two (2) persons provided by Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”); and a hospitality/meal voucher for five-hundred dollars ($500.00). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is $2,500. ARV is as of the date of printing these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. There will be no substitutions if the winner is unable for any reason to attend the Event. If the Event is canceled or the dates or times of the Event are changed for any reason, no tickets will be provided in lieu thereof, nor will Sponsor award an alternate prize or cash value of Event tickets. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The Sponsor will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected/delivered. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full social security number or the equivalent. Failure to submit a Form W-9 upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS in the calendar year in which the prize is awarded. The winners are responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  7. Air Travel Restrictions: Air travel is subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. Round trip travel for two (2) on Southwest Airlines will be awarded in the form of four (4) Southwest flight e-passes. Each Southwest flight e-pass is valid for one-way travel on Southwest Airlines-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Southwest flight e-pass will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and travel must be completed on or before the expiration date. The Southwest flight e-pass is not valid on interline or codeshare service. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash or credit. The Southwest flight e-pass will not be replaced for any reason, including, without limitation, if lost, stolen, or fraudulently used. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to a third party. Sale, auction, or re-tendering of the Southwest flight e-pass for money or otherwise is strictly prohibited. The Southwest flight e-pass may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Southwest Airlines. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of the Southwest flight e-pass rules and regulations may result in cancellation of the Southwest flight e-pass(es). Southwest flight e-pass holders are required to be nineteen (19) years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. However, the recipient of a Southwest flight e-pass may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering a Southwest flight e-pass. Air transportation by Southwest Airlines is subject to Southwest Airlines’ Passenger Contract of Carriage set out at www.southwest.com/contractofcarriage. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. Winner is responsible for booking all travel and paying all applicable international taxes and fees. Travel is based on seat availability. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner and guest must have valid government-issued photo identification at the time of travel. If the travel guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent/guardian, or be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian.
  8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, a change to any applicable terms of service, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision, any rights or remedies available to the Sponsor, whether set forth in these Official Rules or elsewhere. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner.
  9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, collectively and individually, the Sponsor, Sponsor’s administration, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, Southwest, the Southeastern Conference, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, changes to any applicable terms of service, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, the announcement of the winners, the cancellation or postponement of the event, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application the processing of entries application downloads or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes; (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto); (g) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  10. Privacy and Publicity: Any information you provide when you enter the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, specifically by providing your name and email address you consent to receiving communications from Sponsor or its affiliates and subsidiaries or suppliers or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor’s use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Entrant is providing your information to Wayne Sanderson Farms and not to any other party. Entrant waives any right to inspect or approve Sponsor’s use of the Entry as herein permitted, and entrant releases Sponsor and its agents from any and all claims arising out of its use of the Entry as herein permitted, including but not limited to, invasion of privacy, rights of publicity, or unintentional errors occurring in such use and publication, excluding fraud and negligence.
  11. Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved without resort to any form of class action as follows: You must first notify WSF through a written notice mailed to Wayne-Sanderson Farms 4110 Continental Dr, Oakwood, GA 30566 that must include a description of the dispute or claim as well as information that would allow WSF to contact you. WSF and you will then engage in a good faith effort to resolve the issue(s). If no resolution is reached within sixty (60) days after WSF receives written notification of a claim, all disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules and auspices of the American Arbitration Association, with a written decision stating the legal reasoning issued by the arbitrator(s) at either party’s request, and with arbitration fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees of both parties to be borne by the party that ultimately loses. At any time, WSF may seek to obtain injunctive relief (preliminary or permanent) and orders to compel arbitration or enforce arbitral awards in any court of competent jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
  12. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wayne-Sanderson Farms with support from Southwest Airlines. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other Social Network. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Southeastern Conference or Southwest Airlines.
  13. Results: The winner’s name will be available twenty-eight (28) days after the closing date by emailing the following address: [email protected]. Requests must be received by December 21, 2025.
