
Crispy Breaded Chicken Tenders Cheesy Flatbread with Comeback Sauce
CRISPY CHICKEN TENDER FLATBREAD
2 cups Crispy Breaded Chicken Tenders, chilled and chopped (see recipe)
1 each frozen flatbread
1 cup comeback sauce (see recipe)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup red onion, sliced thin
A handful of arugula or any greens in the refrigerator
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
FOR CRISPY CHICKEN FLATBREAD
1. Preheat oven according to the flatbread's instructions.
2. Top the flatbread with comeback sauce, the chopped and chilled Crispy Breaded Chicken Tenders, shredded mozzarella cheese, and thin-sliced red onions.
3. Bake the Crispy Breaded Chicken Tenders Cheesy Flatbread until cooked through, and the cheese is bubbly and browned.
4. Slice the flatbread and toss fresh greens of your choice in olive oil, then top the flatbread with the dressed greens and salt and pepper to taste.
