Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Dip chicken breast fillets in melted butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Dredge chicken in cracker crumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken breast fillets in a lightly greased 8 X 11.5 X 2-inch (2-quart) baking dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350°F oven 50 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Broil 2 minutes.
