
Grill Dad’s Yakitori Chicken Leftover Ramen Bowls

YAKITORI CHICKEN RAMEN BOWLS
2 cups leftover Grill Dad's Yakitori Chicken, taken off skewers and chilled (see recipe)
8 cups water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame or canola oil
2 packs chicken ramen noodles
1 bag stir-fry vegetables, frozen
Salt and pepper to taste
FOR YAKITORI CHICKEN RAMEN BOWLS
- Microwave to defrost the stir-fry vegetables.
- Heat a medium sauce pan or stockpot over high heat, and add the sesame or canola oil.
- Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook over high heat until browned.
- Add leftover yakitori chicken and water, then bring to a simmer.
- Add seasoning packets from ramen to taste in the broth, and add the soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.
- Add ramen noodles to broth and simmer until fully cooked.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve ladled into soup bowls.
