
Norman Dill Ranch Wings
Cool ranch and zippy dill team up for wings that are crisp, tangy, and ultra-refreshing. Perfect for fans who like a little pep with their rally.

Ingredients
1 Sanderson Farms Party Wings Value Pack.
4 cups buttermilk
4 cups pickle juice
All purpose flour
Canola oil
Ranch Coating
1 1/2 cups ranch powder seasoning
3 tbsp fresh dill (minced)
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Add chicken wings to a large bowl.
- Combine buttermilk and pickle juice. Once combined pour over wings.
- Cover and marinate wings for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove wings from refrigerator.
- Coat with all-purpose flour.
- Fry at 350°F for 8 minutes or until 165°F or greater temperature is reached by a calibrated thermometer.
Ranch Coating
- Combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle over fried wings.
- Enjoy!
