Pan Roasted Buffalo Wings

INGREDIENTS

12 Sanderson Farms® CHICKEN PARTY WINGS

2 tbsp chicken garlic salt

2 tbsp black pepper

2 tbsp cayenne pepper

2 tbsp AP or "OO" flour

1 cup buffalo sauce

garnish

Directions

1. Place the wings in a bowl and sprinkle with the garlic salt, pepper, cayenne and flour. Toss well to coat evenly.

2. Preheat an oven to 425F and line a sheet pan or Pyrex dish with greased aluminum foil.

3. Roast the wings at 425F for 20-25 minutes, turning once, or until > 165F internal temperature as measured by a calibrated thermometer.
