Season chicken with ¼ teaspoon salt and black pepper.
Steam broccoli. Place broccoli florets in a microwaveable dish with two tablespoons water. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes to vent. Microwave on high heat three minutes.
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium high heat.
Add garlic slices and crushed red pepper. Cook 1 minute.
Add chicken dices. Brown 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil and steamed broccoli florets. Stir and cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes. Stir and cook 1 minute.
Add cooked pasta and ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir and cook 1 minute.
Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
