Garlic Chicken Farfalle with Broccoli

A simple easy to make meal that's both delicious and nutritious.









  • 2 Sanderson Farms® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, diced ½" thick
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2½ cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups cooked farfalle pasta
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Season chicken with ¼ teaspoon salt and black pepper.
  2. Steam broccoli. Place broccoli florets in a microwaveable dish with two tablespoons water. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes to vent. Microwave on high heat three minutes.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add garlic slices and crushed red pepper. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken dices. Brown 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil and steamed broccoli florets. Stir and cook 1 minute.
  7. Add tomatoes. Stir and cook 1 minute.
  8. Add cooked pasta and ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir and cook 1 minute.
  9. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  10. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
