
GARLIC PARMESAN GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS

Ingredients for Chicken
Family Pack Sanderson Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
olive oil
salt
pepper
smoked paprika
garlic powder
2 tbsp ranch seasoning powder
20 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Ingredients for Sauce
1 1/2 sticks salted butter
3/4 cup fresh minced garlic
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
2 tsp red chili flakes
Directions for Chicken
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Cut the chicken thighs into strips that are 1 inch in width.
- In a bowl, drizzle the olive oil and the chicken thighs and season liberally with salt, pepper, ranch seasoning and garlic powder.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers, filling ½ of the skewer.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken, rotating the skewers every 2-3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165F and all sides are seared evenly.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and brush generously with the garlic parmesan sauce.
Directions for Sauce
- In a sauce pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, parsley, ranch seasoning, and red chili flakes. Let cook for about 1 minute on medium heat. Remove from the heat and stir in grated parmesan.
