Sticky Air Fried Korean BBQ Wings

Sticky Air Fried Korean BBQ Wings

The key to this dish is baking soda which gives this wing its extra crunchiness. Toss the wings in hoisin and let them sit somewhere warm for a few minutes prior to serving (even back in the oven on low) in order to allow for the sauce to caramelize just slightly. This makes them easier to hold and even more addictive!
