Za’atar Marinated Chicken, Couscous, and Broccoli Bowl

Another quick and easy bowl that is health conscious and focused on delivering big flavor in every Zaatar filled bite.

INGREDIENTS

1 pack Sanderson Farms® CHICKEN TENDERLOINS

2 tbsp Za’atar seasoning

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

COUSCOUS

1 cup couscous

1 cup water

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp dried or fresh dill

Salt and pepper to taste

FOR ASSEMBLY

Chicken tenderloins

Cooked couscous

1 bag microwave steamed broccoli

Extra virgin olive oil

Za’atar seasoning

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425F.

2. Toss chicken tenderloins in olive oil and then coat with Za’atar seasoning evenly.

3. When oven has reached 425F lay out tenderloins on a lightly greased sheet pan and switch the oven setting to broil.

4. Broil tenders for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway until they are browned and their internal temperature is > 165F as measured by a calibrated thermometer.

Couscous

1. Place couscous in a non reactive or Pyrex bowl and toss with the garlic, dill, salt and pepper.

2. Bring water to a boil and pour over the couscous. Cover the bowl with a lid or saran wrap and let stand 5 minutes.

FOR ASSEMBLY

3. Fully cook broccoli according to manufacturers instructions.

4. Divide chicken tenderloins, couscous, and broccoli evenly among four bowls.

5. Drizzle each bowl with a little additional olive oil and Za’atar seasoning.
