2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup sliced, quartered cucumbers

1½ tablespoons melted butter
1 cup red leaf lettuce leaves, torn into small pieces

5. In small bowl, mix onion, cucumber, celery and ranch dressing.
